About Us

Harmony Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is conveniently located in Xenia, Ohio.

At Harmony, we offer 4 private and 47 comfortable semi-private rooms accomodating 99 residents.  We can also accommodate loved ones suffering from various types of dementia in our secure Dementia Wing, offering cozy spaces and a separate Activities program to better meet the needs of those suffering with Alzheimer’s and other types of Dementia. 

At Harmony Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation we feel it’s important to receive the best care while living in a home-like setting. We realize choosing a nursing home can be a difficult process and we are here to help make the process easier and help ease the responsibility of providing care.

We surround our residents with love, kindness and laughter. Our qualified staff is always available to answer any questions you may have about your care.
